Also include clear flatbed scans, saved in PDF format of the documents you will be sending for translation. She will provide you with an estimate. Flatbed scans, not scans from your phone or pictures. You will need to print these later for your application anyway ;-) .
The nationally regulated rate is 20€ per standard page. A standard page is 1800 characters, including spaces and punctuation. A "standard page" is NOT the same as a "physical page". You will need to send her flatbed scans of your documents in order to get an estimate.
