Slovak Citizenship by Descent & Relocation Services

Expert Guidance and Full Service Support

Are you a Slovak descendant? Jamieson Consulting Firm, LLC offers expert consulting services to help you obtain Slovak Citizenship. We're not attorneys, but we help you coordinate the process and can connect you with legal professionals if needed.

We are a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, immigrants, and women.

Why Obtain a Second Citizenship?

Freedom of Movement is the New Generational Wealth!

Did you know? Citizenship in one EU country grants you the right of residence in ALL EU & Schengen Countries. That's a total of 31 countries that you can live, study, and work in without a visa. Give yourself and your children more security and choices in the future. Citizenship in one, is citizenship in all!

"DO I QUALIFY?"

For CBD (Citizenship by Descent):

Slovak citizenship by descent is based on your ancestors' place of birth (within the present-day border of Slovakia), and Czechoslovak citizenship.

  1. Was your parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent born within the present-day borders of Slovakia?
  2. Was their final departure after October 1908?
  3. If they left before October 1908, were they under the age of 24, and did their parents remain behind in the "Old Country"?

If you answered "yes" to the above questions, then you may qualify for Slovak Citizenship by Descent. If you don't, you may still qualify for the Slovak Living Abroad Certificate and residency.

For SLA (Slovak Living Abroad):

The Slovak Living Abroad Certificate is based on your ancestors' Slovak ethnicity, regardless of immigration status or place of birth.

  1. Were your direct ancestors ethnically Slovak? There is no generational limit with SLA, so this can be a parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, great-great-grandparent, great-great-great-grandparent, etc.
  2. Do US censuses, ship manifests, or other documents list their race or language as "Slovak"?

If you answered "yes" to the above questions, then you may qualify for the Slovak Living Abroad Certificate & residency.

Keep reading to learn how we can help you obtain the right of residence in the EU!

  2. Slovak Document Collection– We help facilitate the acquisition of the Slovak documents you will need for your application.
  3. Slovak Living Abroad Certificate – If you are not eligible for Citizenship by Descent, you may be eligible for the SLA Certificate, which entitles you to a residence permit, and after three years of physical residency in Slovakia, you are then eligible to apply for citizenship.
  4.  Citizenship Application – We help you fill out the application and help prepare you to submit the application and necessary documents.
  5. Submission appointments in Slovakia - You can submit your application much sooner if you come to Slovakia to submit your application rather than your home consulate in the US.
  6. From Oath-to- EU/SK Passport - You can complete the process much faster in Slovakia as well. We can direct you to people who can help facilitate this process in Bratislava.

Citizenship By Descent: The Service Path

Consultation & Service Fee: 900€.

This covers your family, including parents, siblings, cousins, and children, and not a per-person fee. We provide coaching and consulting throughout your application process, preparing you to submit your applications and documents. We provide many of the resources you will need to acquire all of the necessary documents, and walk you through each process.

If requesting additional documents from a separate archive:
